In response to recent territory expansions, Jung & Co. is looking for a Client Service Representative to help serve our client base in the Pittsburgh area. The CSR will maintain relationships with existing customers, while assisting in the development of new business opportunities.

Basic Responsibilities:

Provide onsite solutions and services consumer base
Refine outreach campaigns to elevate brand standards
Bring innovative ideas new perspectives to the table
Attend on-going product knowledge and leadership training
Represent the company with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications:

1 year of client-facing/customer service experience
Must be able to perform at a high level independently and with a team
Must be punctual, trustworthy, and report to the office every day
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Unmatched communications skills, both written and verbal
